Chicken Legs Fry


Chicken Legs - Medium Size 3-4

Lemon Juice - 2 tsp

Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp

Red Chilli Powder -1 tsp

Salt -As per taste

Oil -250 ml


Wash the chicken legs and marinate them with turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and lemon juice for 2 hours.

Heat the oil in a deep bottomed fry pan and fry the marinated chicken legs on a slow flame for 15 minutes.

Garnish with onion, tomato and curry leaves salad
