Variety Bread Toast

Here's a kid's friendly variety bread toast recipe prepared with bread and dosa batter. This toast is very tasty and extremely easy to prepare. This can be prepared with leftover dosa batter.

Ingredients

Bread : 6 slices
Dosa batter : 1 cup
Onion : 1 (Finely chopped)
Tomato : 1 (Finely chopped)
Green chilly : 2 (Cut into small pieces)
Cumin seeds : 1 tea spoon
Fenugreek seeds : 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves : few
Salt
Oil

Method for preparing dosa batter

Soak 1 cup black gram (urad dal), 3 cups rice and 1 spoon fenugreek seeds for 6 to 7 hours. 
Grind the soaked black gram, rice grains, fenugreek seeds into smooth paste. 
Add salt as per taste
Add water make smooth easy flow batter and keep overnight for fermentation.

Method for preparing variety bread toast

Add chopped onions, tomato, green chilly, cumin seeds, coriander leaves to dosa batter and mix well.
Heat a tawa or pan apply 1 tea spoon oil
Dip each bread slice in dosa batter and roast both sides on slow flame for five minutes
Serve hot with sauce or chutney
