This is a sweet dish which can be very easily prepared within less time and minimal effort.

Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking : 10 minutes


Godhuma Ravva (Suzi) (Coarse wheat mixture) : 250 gms 

Sugar : 200 gms

Ilachi (Cardamom) powder : 1 tsp

Godhuma Pindi (Wheat flour) : 50 gms

Ghee or Oil for frying : As required

Water : 2 small cups


Boil the water in a pan. Add suji to it, keep stirring continuously till it boils and add sugar, elachi (cardamom) powder and wheat flour. Mix it well till it turn slight hard paste. Wait till it cool.

Heat Ghee/oil in Deep bottomed pan

Now take the suji mixture and roll into desired shape with your hand

Now fry them till they turn golden brown.
