Capsicum Tomato Stir Fry

Capsicum is natures best stimulant and very healthy spice which can be eaten raw or cooked. Here's a simple straight forward recipe  "Capsicum and Tomato stir fry".


Capsicum : As per requirement
Tomato     : 1:1 ratio
Onion : 2
Green Chilli : 2
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt : As per taste
Oil for frying


Cut the capsicum vertically futher cut into long pieces
Cut the tomato in the same manner
Finely chop the onion
Slit the green chillies into two halves
Heat very little oil in a pan
Add  finely chopped onion and green chilly fry for 1 minute
Add capsicum and stir fry for 2 minutes
Add turmeric powder and salt
Add tomato pieces and stir fry for 2 minutes

Delicious Capsicum Tomato Stir fry is ready

Serve hot with rice or roti
