French Beans and Coconut Fry


This vegetable dish prepared with fresh french beans and grated coconut.

Ingredients

French Beans : 250 gms (cut into small pieces)       

Coconut grated : 1 cup

Oinion : 1 big size (finely choped)

Garlic : 5 cloves (Finely chopped)

Mustard seeds : 1 tsp

Cumin seeds : 1 tsp

Red chilli powder : 1 tsp

Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves

Oil : 3 tsp




Method

Heat oil in pan/wok add onion, garlic,mustard seeds,cumin seeds fry for few minutes

Add turmeric powder, beans and salt and fry on slow flame for 10 minutes.

Add red chilli powder and fry 2 minutes more

Add shredded coconut and fry little before serving



Serve hot with rice or roti
