Kobi Pakoda - Cauliflower Pakoda

Kobi Pakoda is another mouthwatering very very tasty Indian snack which can be prepared with in no time.




Ingredients
















Cauliflower (Kobi)  
Gram flour (Besan)
Red chilly powder
Salt
Oil for Frying
Method
Cut the cauliflower into pieces and boil for few minutes


Boiled Cauliflower


















Take gram flour in bowl mix salt and red chilly powder. Add little water and make thick syrup by continuously stirring with a spoon


Gram Flour Mix
















Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan or karahi

Dip each boiled cauliflower piece in the gram flour (besan) mixture and drop carefully in oil

Fry till light golden color appears




Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney along with Tea, Coffee or Cool Drinks
