Kottimeera Tomato Pachhadi-Coriander Tomato Chutney

There are so many health benefits of corriander leaves. Ther are very rich in Calcium, Vitamin C. This chutney recipe prepared with fresh corriander leaves is very tasty and healthy too.


Fresh Coriander leaves

Tomato : 2 (Cut into small pieces)
Green Chilli : 4
Garlic Cloves : 6
Black Gram dal
Curry Leaves
Cumin seeds : 1 tsp

Oil - 3 tsp
Sugar - 1tsp
Salt to taste

Method :-

Heat oil in a frying Pan.
Add Green Chilly,Garlic.Curry leaves Cumin seeds and Black Gram Dal fry till light brown.
Add Tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Remove from the Pan and keep aside.
Now add 2 tsp of oil in a Pan and fry Corriander leaves for 2 minutes.
Add fried tomato,green chilly,curry leaves, cumin seeds and black gram dal to the semi fried corriander leaves and add salt and sugar.
Grind them in a Kitchen Grinder to make a paste.

Serve with Rice,Idly or dosa.
