This curry made with seafood prawns and eggplant is one of my favorite recipe
Prawns: 250 gms
Brinjal : 2 (big size)
Tomato : 1 (big size)
Onion : 2(finely chopped)
Green Chilly :2(cut into pieces)
Ginger garlic paste : 1 1/2 tbs
Red Chilli powder :1tbs
Turmeric Powder :1/2 tbs
Garam masala powder:1tbs
Salt to taste
heat oil in a khadai add chopped onions and green chilli pieces fry till turns light brown then add
prawns fry 5 minutes and add brinjal pieces , salt and turmeric powder then fry 5 minutes
add chilli powder fry for 2 minutes and add tomato pieces,ginger garlic paste fry 2 minutes
add garam masala powder and water cook till done.
Serve hot with Rice or Roti.
