Mamsam Khaima Vundalu - Mutton Kheema Balls

This non veg delight prepared with minced goat meat and gram flour. It can be served as side dish or as a snack.


Mutton Kheema (Minced) : 250 gms

Gram Flour (Besan) : 1 cup
Corn Flour : 2 tsp
Baking powder : 1 tsp
Red Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1 tsp
Salt : As per taste
Oil for frying


Wash and boil the muton kheema till it softs
Drain the water add gram flour (besan), corn flour, red chilly powder, garam masala powder and salt, mix well and make a tight dough
Take the meat dough,  make round balls with hands and keep aside

Heat oil in a karahi and fry the mutton balls till golden brown color appears.

Serve hor with sauce or as a side dish with rice
