Talakaya Mamsam (goat head meat) : 250 gms
Onion : 2 (Cut into pieces)
Green Chillies : 3 (Slitted)
Tomato : 2 (Cut into pieces)
1 Oinion, 1 inch ginger piece, 6 garlic cloves (Grind into smooth paste)
Tamarind juice : 1 cup
Curry Masala Powder : 2 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt : as per taste
Wash the goat head meat add turmeric powder, salt and water, pressure cook for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a karahi (wok) fry the onion and green chilly till onion turns into light pink color
Add Onion, ginger , garlic paste and fry for 3 minues on low flame
Add tomato pieces and fry for 2 minutes
Add curry masala powder, garam masala powder and salt and mix well
Add presuure cooked goat head meat and fry for 5 minutes. Keep the meat stock for further use.
Now add the tamarind juice ,meat stcok and cook till done on medium flame.
Serve hot with rice
