Mysore Punugulu

Mysore Punugulu is a simple tasty and easy snack recipe prepared with All purpose flour (Maida), Rice flour and curd.

Ingredeints





All purpose flour (Maida) : 1 cup
Rice flour: 1/2 cup
Curd : 1 cup
Cumin seeds : 1 tea spoon
Baking powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt : As per taste
Oil for frying



Method

Mix all purpose flour (Maida), rice flour, curd, cumin seeds, baking powder, salt and make a thick batter by adding little water.
Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan (Karahi) 
Make small round shapes with the flour batter and fry on slow flame till they turn into golden color.
Serve hot with chutney or podi
