Here is a simple yet mouth watering chicken fry (Kodi Vepudu) recipe prepared with the chicken marinated in Garam masala and Yogurt.
Chicken : 250 gm (Cut into medium size pieces)
Yogurt (Dahi, Perugu) : 1 cup
Corn Flour : 1 table spoon
Garam Masala Pwoder : 4 tea spoons
Red chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Ginger and garlic paste : 2 tea spoons
Salt : As per taste
Oil : For deep frying
Take a bowl mix yogurt, corn flour, garam masala powder, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste and salt together.
Marinate the chicken with the above mixture and refrigerate for 3-4 hours
Heat oil in a karahi (wok) and fry the chicken pieces on slow flame till they turn golden color and become crispy.
Delicious crispy chicken fry is ready to serve.
Note : Choose tender chicken with bones for more crispy and tasty.
