Momos - Steamed Chicken Momos

Momos are one of my favorite appetizers I used to prepare both vegetarian momos and non vegetarian momos, For non veg momos I normally use chicken and occasionally mutton (goat meat) for filling. Here's the method for preparing steamed chicken momos.
Ingredients

For cover

All purpose flour (Maida) : 1 cup
Baking powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt : As per tatse
Water

For filling

Chicken : 250 gm (Boneless, cut into small pieces).
Onion : 2 (Finely chopped)
Green Chillies : 2 (Finely chopped)
Garlic : 4 cloves (Mashed)
Ginger : 1 inch piece (Crushed)
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Garam Masala Powder : 2 tea spoons
Black pepper powder : 1 tea spoon
Soy sauce : 2 tea spoons
Chilly sauce : 2 tea spoons
Tomato sauce : 2 tea spoons
Salt : As per taste
Oil : 1 table spoon

Method
Take a bowl add Maida flour (all purpose flour ), baking powder, salt and make a tight dough (Like chapati  dough) by adding little water at a time. Cover the dough with a cloth and keep aside.
Wash the chicken pieces add turmeric powder, salt and boil for 10 minutes. Drain the excess water and keep aside.
Heat oil in a karahi/wok add chopped onions, green chillies and fry till onion turns pink in color.
Add mashed garlic, smashed ginger and fry for 2 minutes more.
Add boiled chicken pieces and fry for 2 minutes.
Add garam masala powder, black pepper powder, salt as per taste and fry for 3 minutes on slow flame.
Add soy, chilly and tomato sauce mix well before turning off the flame.
Make 1 inch diameter balls with maida flour dough.
Roll the dough ball into flat round shape (like puri/chapati). Keep slightly thick at the center to avoid the stuff coming out of the momo while steaming.
Add a spoon chicken mixture prepared above in the middle and close the ends as shown in the picture.
Momos are steamed in a specially made steam cooker. In the absence of steam cooker Idli cooker with holes in the idli slot can do the job. I used idli cooker for this purpose.
Place the momos on the slots as shown in the picture and steam cook for 10 minutes
Momos are ready for serve.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup
