Spicy Chicken Capsicum Fry

Easy and tasty chicken and capsicum fry recipe with spicy flavor


Chicken : 500 gm (tender boneless) 
Capsicum : 3 (cut into pieces)
Onion : 2 (chopped)
Green Chillies : 3 (Slitted)
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tea spoons
Turmeric powder : 1 tea spoon
Red chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : 3 tea spoons
Salt as per taste
Oil : 2 table spoons


Wash and marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt.
Heat oil in a karahi add chopped onions and green chillies, fry till onion turns pink
Add marinated chicken and stir fry on slow flame for 10 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add capsicum and fry for 5 more minutes on slow flame (add little water if it starts sticking)
Add garam masala powder, salt as per tatse and stir fry on slow flame till done.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
