Summer Refresher : Apple Lassi


An apple a day not only keeps the doctor away but also a makes perfect refreshing health drink when combined with yogurt. Here's another yummy fruit lassi with yogurt and apple combination.


Ingredients

Yogurt (fresh) : 1 cup
Apple (red) : 1
Sugar
Cherry fruits (green & red)
Ice cubes (Optional)



Method

Wash and cut apple in slices.
Blend yogurt, apple pieces, sugar for 1 minute.
Add cherry fruit pieces and refrigerate for 1 hour alternately ice cubes can be added for chilling.
Serve chilled
