Bread Slices : 8
Bread crumbs : 2 table spoons
Potatoes : 3 (Boiled)
Onion : 2
Green Chilly : 2
Red Chilly Powder : 1 tea spoon
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Garam Masala Powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt : As per taste
Oil : For deep frying
Mash the boiled potatoes.
Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, green chilly and fry for 2 minutes on slow flame.
Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt as per taste and garam masala powder mix well.
Add mashed potatoes and fry on slow flame for 2 minutes.
Keep the mixture aside for cooling
Remove the edges from bread pieces.
Dip each bread slice in water, remove immediately and squeeze the water.
Place the stuffing in the middle of each bread slice and roll it to cover the mixture Make sure all the edges covered fully.
Heat oil enough for deep fry in a wok/kadayi.
Coat each bread roll with bread crumbs and fry on slow flame till they turn into golden brown in color.
Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
