Cabbage Dry Manchurian

Manchurian is a one type of  fried balls made from either non vegetarian or vegetarian stuff. It's one of the most common item found on every Chinese restaurant menu in India.
Here's a simple and easy Cabbage Dry Manchurian recipe which is very tasty and healthy too.
Ingredients: (For Manchurian balls)

Cabbage :2 cups (finely chopped)
Corn flour : 1/2 cup
Ginder,garlic paste :1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : 2 tea spoons
Green chillies : 2 (finely chopped)
Turmaric powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry

For saute

Onions : 2( finely chopped)
Ginger : 1/2 inch piece (Cut into very small pieces) 
Garlic : 4 cloves (finely chopped)
Tomato sauce : 1/2 cup
Soy sauce : 2 tea spoons
Tasting salt : 1/2 tea spoon
Oil for fry

Method (For making Manchurian balls)

Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients for Manchurian balls except oil and make a thick paste. (Normally there's no need of adding water, if necessary little water may be added).
Make small round ball shapes from the mix.
Heat oil in a karahi/wok, deep fry the Manchurian balls till they turn into golden brown in color.

Method for saute

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, ginger and garlic pieces,  fry till onions turn into light pink in color.
Add deep fried Manchurian balls and mix well
Add tomato sauce, soy sauce and salt, mix well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on low flame.
Tasty Cabbage Dry Manchurian is ready to serve.
