Tasty lady fingers fry

Lady fingers fry (Bendakaya vepudu in Telugu) is a most common recipe in India. Here is a simple lady fingers fry with a little twist.
I have added roasted ground nut, sesame seeds and bengal gram powder to it, which resulted in a very tasty Bhindi fry.

Ingredients



Lady fingers : 250 gm
Onions -1 (chopped)
Turmeric powder -1 tea spoon
Red chilly powder -1 tea spoon
Roasted bengal gram dal -25 gm
Sesame seeds-25 gm
Peanuts -25 gm
Oil -2 table spoons
Salt -as per taste


Method

Wash and cut the lady fingers into small pieces
Grind roasted bengal gram, seasems and peanuts into coarse powder
Heat oil in a pan, add  onions,  fry till onions turn into light brown in color.
Add turmeric powder and lady fingers fry for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Then add red chilly powder and salt fry for 2 more minutes.
Add  ground dal powder to it  and fry on low flame for 5 minutes
Serve hot  with rice.
