Dahi Vada Chole Chat

Chat is a famous Indian street food item. This evening snack recipe is very popular and available on all most all every restaurant menu.These snacks are available everywhere and street vendors or chat corners can be found in every street across India. Chat items are an essential item in party and weddings in India. This snacks can be prepared very easily once every ingredient is ready. These snacks are mixture of all tastes like sweet, sour, spicy, salty etc. And due to their versatile taste everyone, especially kids love them. Here's an exclusive and innovative chat recipe from Hema's Kitchen which is actually a mixture of two food cultures. This chat is prepared with famous South Indian snack Dahi Vada in combination with famous North Indian (Punjabi) side dish item Chole Masala (Chana Masala). This Dahi Vada Chole Chat is a fully energy packed, multi-nutrient snack which is very tasty too.
Ingredients

Dahi Vada : As per requirement
Chole Masala : As required
Onions : 2 (Chopped finely)
Green Chillies : 3 (Finely chopped)
Chat Masala Powder : As required
Imli ki Chutney (Tamarind Chutney) : As required

Method
Arrange the Dahi Vadas in serving plates, add Chole Masala (Chana Masala), chopped oinos and green chillies over the top.
Sprinke chat masala and Imli ki Chutney as per taste
Serve at room temperature.
