Pala Punugulu

Pala Punugulu (Milk Fritters) is a sweet dish and it's another variation of Punugulu.
This easy and tasty sweet recipe prepared with all purpose flour, wheat flour, coconut and milk.
Ingredients

Milk  : 1 cup
All purpose flour (Maida ) : 1cup
Wheat flour : 1 cup
Coconut (Grated) : 1 cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Cardamom powder : 2 tea spoons
Baking powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Oil for deep fry

Method

Mix all purpose flour (Maida), wheat flour, grated coconut, sugar, cardamom powder and baking powder together.
Add milk to the mixture and make smooth dough.
Heat oil in a wok/karahi
Make round shapes with the flour dough and deep fry till they turn into golden yellow in color.
Tasty Pala Punugulu is ready to serve.
