Kobbari Undalu - Coconut Jaggery Laddu

Kobbari Undalu (Coconut Jaggery Laddu) is a very tasty and simple sweet recipe which is prepared with grated coconut and jaggery.
Grated Coconut : 2 Cups
Jaggery : 1 Cup
Cardamom Powder : 1 Tea Spoon

Boil little water in a vessel , add jaggery and make thick syrup by stirring continuously.
Now add grated coconut , cardamom  powder to the jaggery Syrup and mix well 
Cook until it turns into thick paste.
Allow the Paste to cool for sometime.
Roll the paste into round ball shapes (like laddus)
Kobbari Undalu (Coconut Jaggery Laddu) is ready for serve.
Store in a clean dry air tight container.
This sweet can be stored up to 7 to 10 days
