Black Gram Fritters Curry - Minapa Vadiyalu Kura

Delicious curry prepared with black gram fritters and tomato. This recipe is very tasty and extremely easy to prepare.
Ingredients

Minapa vadiyalu (Black gram fritters) : 1 cup
Onions : 1 (chopped)
Green chilies : 2
Tomatoes : 2 ( cut in to small pieces)
Curry masala powder : 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Oil : 1 table spoon
Salt to taste


Method

Heat oil in a pan fry the black gram fritters ( Minapa vadiyalu)  on low flame till it turn in to light brown and keep aside
Heat oil in a karahi add chopped onions and green chilies fry till they turn in to light brown. Add fried black gram fritters, salt, turmeric powder, and curry masala fry for 1 minute.
Now add tomatoes fry for 2 minutes finely add 1cup of water and cover with a lid cook on low flame till done.
Serve hot with rice.
