Mutton Kheema Masala is a delicious non veg delight prepared with minced goat meat and various spices. This kheema curry is very tasty, spicy and goes well with both rice and roti.
Mutton kheema : 1/2 kg
Onions : 3 (finely chopped )
Green chilies : 2
Cloves : 4
Cinnamon stick : 1 piece
Cardamon : 2
Ginger, garlic paste : 2 tea spoons
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Red chilly powder : 2 tea spoons
Tomatoes : 2 (finely chopped )
Mutton masala powder : 1 tea spoon
Oil : 2 table spoon
Salt to taste
MethodClean and wash the kheema (minced meat) under running water.
Heat oil in a deep bottom pan/wok , add cloves, cinnamon stick , cardamom and fry for 1 minute.
Now add chopped onions and green chilies fry till onion turn into golden brown.
Add the washed kheema , turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt, mix well.
Cover the vessel with a lid cook on low flame for 10 minutes, once the water from the kheema dries add tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are soft.
Add red chilly powder and mutton masala powder mix well.
Add sufficient water and cook on a low flame till done.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
