Here is a very simple and instant dosa recipe made with tapioca/sago from Hema's Kitchen.
This sabudana dosa is crispy, tasty and extremely easy to prepare.
Ingredients
Tapioca/Sago - 1 cup
Yogurt : 3 cups
Rice Flour : 1 cup
Grated carrot : 1 cup
Onion : 1 (Finely Chopped)
Green Chilly : 2 (Finely Chopped)
Cumin seeds : 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves : few
Clarified Butter (Ghee)
Salt to taste
Method
Soak Sago for an hour.
Take a vessel add rice flour, soaked sago, yogurt, chopped onions, green chillies, cumin seeds, salt and mix well.
Heat a tawa/pan, apply ghee and spread the above mixture in round shapes like dosa.
Spread grated carrot and coriander leaves on dosa as shown in the picture.
Roast on low flame till done.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
