Wheat Flour Coconut Laddu

Here's an extremely easy and tasty sweet recipe "Wheat Flour Coconut Laddu" from Hema's Kitchen.
Ingredients

Wheat flour : 3 cups
Grated coconut : 1 cup
Sugar powder : 2 cups
Ghee : 1 cup
Cashew nuts : 10 gms
Almonds : 10 gms
Raisins : 10 gms
Cardamom powder : 2 tea spoons

Method

Heat 2 table spoons  ghee in a pan, add wheat flour and fry till it turns brown and keep aside.
Heat remaining ghee in a pan, add raisins, almonds, cashew nuts and fry till they turn light brown in color.
Now add  sugar powder, grated coconut, cardamom powder, raisins, cashew nuts and almonds to the above mixture and mix well.
Roll  the mixture into round balls of required size.
Store in a clean and air tight container.
