Wheat Flour Carrot Dosa

Here's an unique, instant and easy dosa recipe prepared with wheat flour and grated carrot.
 
Ingredients

Wheat flour  (Godhuma pindi ) - 1 cup
Grated carrot : 1/2 cup
Curd : 1/4 cup
Green chillies : 3 ( finely chopped)
Ginger : small piece (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tea spoon
Oil : 1 table spoon
Salt to taste

Method

Take a bowl add wheat flour, grated carrot, curd, green chillies, ginger pieces, cumin seeds, salt and mix well by adding water.
Heat tawa /pan apply oil and spread the above mixture in round shape like dosa.
Roast the dosa both sides on medium flame till done.
 Serve hot with coconut chutney or ginger chutney.
