Capsicum Potato Fingers

Capsicum potato fingers recipe is prepared with boiled potato and capsicum.It can be eaten during tea time as a  variety snack like pakoda.

Ingredients :

Capsicum : 2 (finely chopped )
Potatoes : 2 (boiled and mashed)
Pepper powder : 2 tea spoons
Curry leaves : few (chopped)
Chat masala : 2 tea spoons
Rice flour : 1/2 cup
Maida : 1 table spoon
Lemon juice : 2 tea spoons
Salt to taste
Oil : for deep fry

Method :

Take bowl add mashed potatoes, chopped capsicum, pepper powder,chat masala, lemon juice, curry leaves, salt, rice flour and mix well.
Grease oil on your palm, prepare the fingers by rolling the dough gently on the palm.
Coat them with maida , take these fingers in a plate which is sprinkled with maida.
Heat oil in a pan to deep fry.
Fry the fingers till turns golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
