Rajma Onion Dosa

Here's an healthy and tasty Dosa variety prepared with rajma and dosa batter. This breakfast recipe is rich in protein and very tasty too.



Ingredients : 

Rajma : 1 cup (soaked over night and grinded)
Rice : 1 cup
Black gram dal (urad dal) : 1/2 cup
Onions : 2 (Chopped)
Green chillies : 4
Cumin seeds : 2 tea spoons 
Grated carrot : 1/2 cup
Corriander leaves : few
Salt to taste
Oil 

Method :

Soak black gram dal (urad dal) and rice for 4 to 5 hours and grind it into a smooth batter, keep it overnight for fermentation.
Now add ground rajma paste, green chillies, cumin seeds. coriander leaves and salt into above batter, mix well by adding little water.
Heat a dosa tawa apply oil on the surface and spread the dosa batter evenly in round shape.
Sprinkle some onions and grated carrot on top of  dosa , drizzle some oil and turn the dosa other side and roast the other side till turns golden brown.




Serve hot with coconut chutney.

  2. I am too lazy to make dosa though my other half loves it very much. Most of the time we eat at shops. I adore the add-on of onions so much,one of those flavor that hits my palate.
