Rasmalai

Rasmali is a famous Indian dessert recipe prepared with paneer and milk. Here's another variation of Rasmalai recipe from Hema's Kitchen.

Ingredients

Milk powder : 250 grms
Egg : 1
Maida (All purpose flour ) : 1 table spoon
Baking powder : l tea spoon
Cream milk : 1litre
Cardamom powder : 1 tea spoon
Sugar to taste
Ghee : 1 table spoon
Almond : few

Method

Take a bowl add milk powder, maida, baking powder mix well.
Add egg white and ghee knead it into a dough.
Make small balls of it and keep aside.
In a vessal mix milk and sugar and boil it for 15 minutes.
Add cardamom powder let it boil on a low flame, and put the above balls into the boiling milk cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Finely garnish it with almond pieces.
Serve either at room temperature or chilled.
