Pachi Mirchi kobbari pachadi - Green Chilly Coconut Chutney

Here is an easy chutney recipe which is prepared with raw green chillies and coconut.

Ingredients :

Coconut pieces : 1 cup
Green chillies : 8
Garlic pods : 4
Curry leaves : few
Cumin seeds : 1 tea spoon
Sugar : 1/2 tea spon
Lemon juice : 2 tea spoons
Salt to taste

Method :

Grind the coconut pieces, green chillies, curry leaves, garlic pods and cumin seeds into coarse paste, by adding salt, sugar and lemon juice.Green chilly coconut chutney is ready to serve.

Serve with idli, dosa, rice or chapati.
