Cabbage Batani Vepudu- Cabbage Green Peas Stir Fry

Here's simple and tasty curry recipe "Cabbage Green Peas StirFry" which is prepared with green peas and cabbage.


Ingredients :

Medium size cabbage : 1(finely chopped)
Green peas (batani) : 1 cup
Onion : 1(chopped)
Green chilli : 2
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tea spoon
Mustard seeds : 1 tea spoon
Black gram dal : 1 tea spoon
Ginger & Garlic paste : 1tea spoon
Currry leaves : few
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon 
Red chilli powder : 1 tea spoon
Oil : 1 table spoon
Salt to taste

Method : 

Heat oil in a pan add black gram dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry till mustard splitting.
Add chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves and fry till onions turns light brown.
Add turmeric powder, green peas and chopped cabbage, ginger and garlic paste mix well.
Add salt and cover with lid, cook on low flame till cabbage and peas become tender.
Finally add red chilli powder, mix well and fry for 2 minutes on low flame.
Serve hot with Rice or Roti.
