Flattened Rice Dosa -Atukula Attu

Here is an another breakfast recipe "Flattened rice dosa" which is prepared with flattened rice and curd. It is very tasty and easy to prepare.

Ingredients :

Flattened rice (atukulu) : 1cup
Rice : 2 cups
Curd (perugu) : 1 cup
Cooking soda : 1/4 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Oil 
Method :

Wash and soak the rice and flattened rice for 5 to 6 hours.
Grind the soaked flattened rice and rice into smooth battter.
Add curd, salt and cooking soda. keep it overnight for fermentation.
Heat a tawa /pan, apply oil on the surface and spread the above batter evenly in round shape.
Let the dosa roast both sides for 2 minutes on low flame.
Serve hot with Coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
