This is an another variation raita from Hema's kitchen. Which is prepared with boondi and thick seasoned curd (perugu), it is extremely tasty and easy to prepare.Ingredients :
Curd : 2 cups
Boondi : 1/2 cup (spicy & salty)
Cumin powder (roasted) : 1 tea spoon
Red chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves : few
Salt to taste
In a mixing bowl, beat the curd with a beater and keep aside.
Add the boondi, cumin powder, red chilly powder, salt and mix well.
Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Boondi raita is ready to serve.Serve as side dish.
