Capsicum Senagapindi Vepudu

Here is a simple and tasty stir fry. which is prepared with capsicum and gram flour (senagapindi).
Ingredients :

Capsicum : 2
Onion : 1 (chopped)
Red chillies : 3
Curry leaves : few
Garlic pods : 6
Black gram dal : 1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds : 1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tea spoon
Gram flour (senagapindi) : 2 table spoons
Red chilly powder : 2 tea spoon
Coriander powder : 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Oil : 1 table spoon
Salt to taste
Method :

Wash and cut the capsicum into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan add black gram dal, cumin seeds, garlic pods, mustard seeds fry till mustard starts splitting.
Add broken red chillies, curry leaves and onions,
fry till onions turn golden brown.

Add turmeric powder, capsicum pieces and fry for 2 minutes on low flame.
Add salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder and mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame until capsicum pieces turns soft.
Add gram flour and fry for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame.
Capsicum gram flour stir fry is ready to serve.
Serve hot with rice.
