Coconut Stuffed Semolina Balls

Here is a simple and delicious sweet recipe. Which is prepared with semolina (godhuma ravva) and grated coconut. It is very easy to cook and make perfect festive recipe.

Ingredients : 

Semolina (godhuma ravva) : l cup
Milk : 1 cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Grated coconut : 1 cup
Cardamom powder : 1 tea spoon
Ghee : 2 table spoon
Oil for deep frying

Method :

Heat 1 table spoon ghee in a pan add semolina and fry till it turns light brown, keep aside.
Take vessel add 1 cup milk and 1 cup water when it starts boiling add fried semolina and stir continuously.
Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tea spoon cardamom powder into above mixture, make thick paste, add 1 table spoon ghee and let it cool.
Boil little water in a vessel, make thick syrup by continuous stirring.
Add grated coconut, 1/2 tea spoon cardamom powder to the sugar syrup and mix well until it turned into thick paste.
Take lemon size semolina mixture and stuff the coconut mixture in the middle and roll into round shape balls.
Heat oil in a wok/ karahi and fry the above balls till turns golden brown in colour.
Coconut stuffed semolina balls ready to serve.
