Poha with green chilly fritters

Here is another poha (flattened rice) recipe from Hema's kitchen prepared with flattened rice and green chilly fritters.

Ingredients : 

Poha (flattened rice) : 2 cups
Green chillies : 3
Onions : 2 (chopped)
Curry leaves : few
Mustard seeds : 2 tea spoons
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tea spoon
Ground nuts : 1 table spoon
Black gram dal : 1 tea spoon
Lemon juice : 2 tea spoons
Green chilly fritters : 2
Oil : 1 table spoon
Salt to taste

Method :

Take two cups of flattened rice in a bowl, wash thoroughly and soak for 5 minutes. Drain water and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add black gram dal, ground nuts, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fry till mustard starts splitting.
Add onions, green chillies, curry leaves, fry till onions turns light brown.
Add flattened rice, salt and mix well.
Cut the green chilly fritters into small pieces, add it into above mixture.
Finally add lemon juice and mix well.
Serve hot with chutney.
