Rava Capsicum Tomato Bath

Semolina, a coarsely grained wheat is very rich in Vitamin"B". It is an easily digestible food. It has rich nutritional benefits. Here is a simple way of preparing semolina recipe namely "Semolina Capsicum tomato bath". Which is prepared with Semolina, capsicum and tomatoes.
Ingredients :

Semolina (godhuma rava) : 1 cup
Capsicum : 1(cut into medium size pieces)
Tomatoes : 2 (cut into small pieces)
Onion : 1 (chopped)
Green chillies : 3 
Curry leaves : few 
Bengal gram dal : 2 tea spoons
Mustard seeds : 1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tea spoon
Ginger pieces : 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander leaves : few
Cashew nuts : few
Ghee : 1 table spoon
Salt to taste

Method :

Heat 2 tea spoons ghee in a pan add rava (semolina) and fry on low flame till its turns light brown in colour, keep aside.
Heat remaining ghee in a pan add bengal gram dal, mustard seeds, cashew nuts, cumin seeds fry till mustard starts splitting, add onions, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger pieces, coriander leaves and fry till onions turns light brown.
Add capsicum, tomato pieces and fry for 3 minutes on low flame.
Add salt and 3 cups water into above mixture and cover with lid, allow it boil.
When water starts to boil add fried rava (semolina) slowly and keep on stirring the mixture to avoid lumps.
Cover with a lid and keep on low flame till done.
Serve hot with Coconut chutney
