Radish Yogurt Chutney

Here is a simple and tasty raita variety, which is prepared with radish and curd.
Ingredients :

Radish : 1
Yogurt : 1 cup
Green chillies : 2
Onion : 1 (chopped)
Curry leaves : few
Mustard seeds : 1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tea spoon
Black gram dal : 1 tea spoon
Red chillies : 2
Coriander leaves : few
Oil : 4 tea spoons
Salt to taste

Method :

Grate the radish and boil it for 5 minutes, keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add black gram dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry till mustard starts splitting.
Add onions, green chillies. red chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves fry till they turns light brown.
Add boiled radish, salt and mix well.
Remove from heat and add curd into above mixture.
Radish yogurt chutney is ready to serve.
Serve with Rice or Roti.
