Bullseye Pulao - Roasted Egg pulao

Here is a variety pulao recipe that is prepared with rice in combination with bullseye which adds extra taste to the recipe.


Ingredients :

Rice : 1 cup
Onion : 1 (chopped)
Green chillies : 2 
Green peas : few
Tomato : 1 (chopped)
Bay leaves : 2
Garam masala : 1 tea spoon 
Ginger & Garlic paste : 1 tea spoon
Eggs : 2
Red chilly powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Oil : 1 table spoon
Salt to taste

Method :

Wash the rice,drain out water and keep aside.
Heat 6 tea spoons oil in a vessel, add chopped onions, green chillies, bay leaves and  fry till the onions turns light brown.
Add green peas, tomato pieces, fry for 2 minutes on low flame.
Add ginger, garlic paste, garam masala powder and fry for 1 minute on low flame,
Now add rice, salt and mix well.
Now add rice and water (1: 2 ratio) and cook till done.
Take 2 tea spoons oil in a pan, beat the egg and drop in a pan. Sprinkle salt and red chilly powder on it and fry on low flame,roast and gently turn it other side and roast it lightly.
Add roasted bullseye over the pulao and serve.
Serve hot with raitha or kurma.
