Fish Masala Vada - Chepa Garelu

Here is a variety snack recipe (Fish masala vada) which is prepared with fish, gram flour and corn flour. It is very tasty and easy to prepare.
Ingredients :

Fish pieces : 1 cup
Onions : 2 (chopped)
Green chillies : 2
Red chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : 1 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tea spoons
Turmeric powder : 1 tea spoon
Mint leaves : few
Coriander leaves : few
Corn flour : 1 table spoon
Gram flour (Besan) : 1/2 cup
Cumin powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Oil : for deep frying

Method :

Remove the skin and bones of  fish pieces, add turmeric powder and boil them in water for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Take a bowl Mash the boiled fish pieces.
Add ginger garlic paste, onions, green chillies, cumin powder, salt, red chilly powder,garam masala powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves,besan, corn flour and mix well. 
Add little water and make tight paste.
Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan.
Make round flat shape with the paste and fry on medium flame till they turns golden brown.
Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
