Nalla Draksha Avakaya - Black Grape Pickle

Here's a variety pickle recipe which is prepared with black grapes. It's very tasty and easy to prepare.
Ingredients : 

Black grapes : 250 grms
Red chilly powder : 50 grms
Mustard powder : 50 grms
Fenugreek  powder : 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder : 1 table spoon
Oil : 100 gms
Salt : 50 grms

For tampering

Mustard seeds : 1 tea spoon
Black gram dal : 2 tea spoons
Cumin seeds : 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves : few 
Red chillies : 5

Method :

Wash grapes and dry them
Take a bowl add mustard powder, red chilly powder, fenugreek powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, allow it to cool for some time.
Now add oil into above mixture and mix well.
Finally add grapes into above mixture.
For tempering heat 3 tea spoons oil in a a pan add black gram dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves fry till mustard starts splitting pour it in to above mixture and mix well.
This pickle can be stored up to 5 to 6 days
