Paneer Butter Masala Fry

Here's a simple and yummy recipe paneer butter masala fry, it is prepared with paneer and butter.Which can be served as a side dish along with fried rice or roti.
Ingredients :

Paneer : 200 gms
Curd : 1 cup
Boiled onion & tomato paste : 1/2 cup
Ginger & garlic paste : 1 tea spoon
Cloves : 3
Cinnamon : 1 inch piece
Cardamom : 2
Kasoori methi : few
Garam masala powder : 1 tea spoon
Red chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Cumin powder : 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Butter : 1 table spoon
Green chilies : 2 (cut into slices)
Salt to taste.
Method : 

Take a bowl add curd, ginger & garlic paste, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder,turmeric powder, salt and mix well,
Add paneer cubes into above mixture and marinate for 15 minutes,
Heat butter in a pan add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, green chilies and fry for 1 minute.
Add boiled onion, tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes on low flame.
Add marinated paneer into above mixture and fry for 5 minutes on low flame.
Finally add coriander leaves , kasoori methi and mix well.
Cook till done.
Serve hot with fried rice or Paratha.
