Watermelon Coconut Salad

Here's a yummy watermelon coconut salad is a easy and healthy salad recipe, which is prepared with watermelon and coconut. It can also served as a dessert.
Ingredients :

Watermelon cubes : 1 cup
Grated coconut : 1/2 cup
Olive oil : 2 tea spoons
Pepper powder : 1 tea spoon
Ginger Juice : 1 tea spoon
Mint leaves : few
Salt to taste
Method :

Take watermelon pieces, grated coconut in a bowl and mix well.
Add olive oil, pepper powder, ginger juice, mint leaves, salt into above mixture and mix well.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Watermelon coconut salad is ready to serve.
Serve either chilled or at room temperature.
