Nuvvu pappu chekkalu is another crispy and tasty snack.Which is prepared with rice flour and sesame. These are easy to prepare and can be stored for two weeks.
Rice flour : 2 cups
Sesame : 1/4 cup
Green chilly paste : 3 tea spoons
Oil : 2 table spoon
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
Take a bowl add rice flour, sesame, salt, green chilly paste and mix well.
Heat 2 table spoons oil, add into above mixture and mix well.
Make a smooth dough by adding hot water at a time and kneed well.
Now heat oil in a deep bottomed wok (karahi).
Make round flat shapes with the dough and drop it into the hot oil and fry till they turn golden brown.
