Soya Dry Manchurian

Here is a simple and yummy manchurian recipe, which is prepared with soya chunks. It is very tasty, healthy and easy to prepare.

Ingredients : 

For manchurian balls

Soya chunks : 1 cup
Maida : 2 table spoons
Cornflour : 3 table spoons
Ginger & garlic paste : 1 tea spoon
Red chilly powder : 1 tea spon
Salt to taste 
Oil for deep fry

For saute

Ginger 1/2 inch piece: (finely chopped)
Garlic pods : 5 (finely chopped)
Green chilies : 2
Onion : 1 (chopped)
Soya sauce : 1 table spoon
Tomato sauce : 1 table spoon
Green chilly sauce : 3 tea spoons
Tasting salt  : 1/2 tea spoon
Oil : 4 tea spoons
Coriander leaves : few 
Curry leaves : few
Fried cashew nuts : few

Method for soya Manchurian balls

Soak soya chunks in boiled water for 10 minutes, then squeeze it and keep aside.
Take a bowl add maida, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder and salt mix well add little water and make thick paste.
Add soya chunks into above mixture and marinate for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a karahi /wok , deep fry the Manchurian balls till they turn golden brown.

Mehod for saute:

Heat 4 tea spoons oil in a pan add onions, green chilies, chopped garlic pods & ginger pieces
fry till they turn light brown

Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, tasting salt  and mix well.
Add soya Manchurian balls and mix well.
Finally add Green chilly sauce and mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves, curry leaves and fried cashews nuts.
Soya Manchurian is ready to serve
