Minced Mutton Pulao

 Minced mutton pulao is an another exclusive pulao recipe, which is prepared with minced mutton (mutton keema) and basmati rice.

Ingredients : 

Basmati Rice : 2 cups
Minced mutton (mutton keema) : 1 cup
Onions : 2 (chopped)
Green chilies : 5 (slited)
Bay leaves : 2
Cloves : 4
Cardamom : 3
Cinnamon sticks : 3 (1 inch pieces)
Mint leaves : few
Ginger, garlic paste : 2 tea spoons
Garam masala powder : 1 tea spoon
Red chilly powder : 1 tea spoon 
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Curd : 1/2 cup
Butter : 1 table spoon
Oil : 1 table spoon
Salt to taste

Method :

Wash  and boil the minced mutton(mutton keema) till it soft.
Wash and soak the basmati rice for 30 minutes.
Heat oil and butter in vessel add cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom and fry for 1 minute.
Add onions, green chilies, mint leaves fry till onions turn light brown,
Add ginger, garlic paste, turmeric powder and mix well
Add boiled minced mutton, red chilly powder, salt and fry for 1 minute on low flame.
Add curd, garam masala powder and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
Add soaked basmati rice and mix well.
Add water 3 1/2 cup water into above mixture and cover the vessel with a lid and cook till done.
Garnish with mint leaves.
Minced mutton pulao is ready to serve.
Serve hot with mutton curry or raita.
